Millions of years ago, when the earth was still young, it was known as the Land of Godai (the Five Great). After brutal wars and the near destruction of the world, the remaining people prayed to the Gods for forgiveness, and for the power to restore their land to what it once was. Hearing their prayer, the Gods bestowed them the power of the five elements; earth, water, fire, wind and void. In order to keep the world intact, there must have been a perfect balance between the five, not one element dominating or one perishing. If that were to ever happen, the world and all of its inhabitants would be destroyed.
The people obeyed the rules of the Gods and the elements and lived in peace for the better part of three centuries, trading, prospering and growing. Each being had a power corresponding to an element and were directly linked to the earth, contributing to its fate. However, the Land of Void in the sky grew power-hungry, with the desire to overthrow the other four lands and conquer the five elements, becoming the rulers of the world.
Fearing the Gods’ warning, the four remaining elements of earth, water, fire and wind and their lands decided to take action against the Land of Void. To avoid a full-scale war, each Nation sent in a team of their strongest Natives to come together and defeat the Void. However, tensions are already high between the remaining elemental lands, with different views on how to solve the problem.
Can the four nations come together to stop the Void from ruining the balance, without ruining it themselves, or will the Void take over and plunge the world back into chaos?
