He chuckled as a foolish man ran up towards him, fist clenched as he attempted to swing at Samael's face. The demon merely caught the mans fist, the jerked it around, resulting in breaking the bone. He then kicked the man in the gut, still holding onto his arm, with the both combined he ended up ripping of the mans arm completely. He chuckled as he threw the arm to the ground, absently wiping off the splatered blood on his face. Those deep red eyes shiftin towards the one who said Samael. He blinked a few times then his eyes shifted down to his hands. Eyes widened a bit. "What...what have I done?" He knew he'd killed again, he was covered in blood.

She heard his words. Was he, normal now? Quickly she sheathed her sword. As she ran over towards him, she would close her eyes seeing at what he had done to the man's arm. As she neared him, she stood a bit back. She felt the nipping at her ear, it was Aoi. Right now, Samael was more important than Aoi. She'd take a step forward. "Sa-Samael?" She'd say his name slowly. Her eyes were gentle, and luckily she wasn't killed. She felt like cying, but she was once told that demons dont ever cry.

"No no no." He could feel his heart beat going faster, hand running through his hair, he avoided eye contact with Suzume. Suddenly turning around and jolted out of the village. This was exactly how he felt after he did this when he was younger. Demon's do cry, they just choose not to show it. As he ran he found himself becoming more panic, the stench of human blood overcoming him. He found running towards the lake they had been at earlier. Yet when he arrived he did not swim, he found himself at the log from the earlier in the morning. Hands covering his face as he held back those tears which were not to be released. Such guilt washing over him, he just murdered innocent people; even children. Again. Why was he cursed so?

She'd see him take off, which made her to do so. As she left the mourning village behind her, she continued to follow his scent. She noticed that it passed the lake that they were at. Then, it ended up in the forest that they were at earlier. She would lightly stop, not making a sound. She would see him by log he had tripped over. She gulped some, as she would quietly walk over towards him. She noticed his hands covering his face. She would put a hand on his shoulder. "Samael?" She said his name with a gentle and soft tone.

"I...didn't do it.." He uncovered his face as he looked up towards Suzume... "You believe me don't you? I didn't.." Problem with Samael he had a severe split personality, considering his other half not even him at all. This little controled by the blood lust side happens about once a week, which was why he avoided making 'friends' or for the matter staying in one place for too long. Those wolf ears had flattened down, he moaned slightly... "I'm sorry Suzume...I'm so sorry."

"Samael, I saw what you did. Almost every part of it. I tried to stop you, but it was as if I couldn't reach you anymore. Almost like you didn't know who I was, I can't really say that I believe you." She would then go to his level and she wrap her arms around his neck. Only, her two hands would lock together on his one shoulder, and her head would rest on his other. "I can't imagine how bad you feel right now, but I guess 'married couples' have to stick together, huh?" She asked as she looked up towards him.

His head dropped whne she said didn't believe him. Momentarily ignoring her, he simply sat there, staring off into the woods. Now recalling all that he had done, to the very last detail, which was the worst part of all. He blinked a few times, not taking note of her comment as he pulled away from her and stood up. "I..I have to go." He begin to walk off into the forest. Those deep red eyes focused on the ground. He knew Andras was dead, fro he had not returned. Which was probably half the reason what had triggered his mood switch.

She'd see him pull away and leave. She shook her head as she followed him. She would put her hands on his shoulders, as if to push him back, but'd be walking backwords. "No, no you don't. Just... don't..." Her throat was choking up with such tears, but she had to blink them back. "Samael, just, please...alright?" She knew her words probably wouldn't convince him, but she'd do anything for him to stop his pace. She would try to hard to keep her tears from flowing off of her face.

He stopped, for he noticed that tone, it belonged to someone forcing back tears. He knew it because it sounded like so many who begged for mercy; at one time he sounded like his own when he was younger. He turned around to face her, gently placing his hand on the side of her face... "Please don't follow me..I only cause death and I don't want to hurt you." He knew he had these switches often and he had killed a friend of his during one of them. He just couldn't stand doing that again.

Her hand would touch his as his was placed on the side of her face. She shook her head, as she closed her eyes. She bit her lip, she bit it so hard she thought it would bleed. She then opened her eyes, she would breathe in deeply trying to fight the voice that was breaking. "No, you don't cause death. But if you think that you do, if that's what its going to take, then I'll take the risk." Her eyes were becoming blurred, she would close her eyes. Another stupid move, if she opened them, then her tears would actually been freed from the locked lashes. She couldn't keep them closed forever, and she opened them. Free tears would flow from her cheeks.

"Come on...don't cry...there is no reason to.." He found himself feeling even more guilty as he watched the tears run down her cheeks. "I'm not worth it." He wrapped his arms around her, embracing her as if for comfort. It was odd how things turned out, one merciless slaughter and now Suzume was crying because he was leaving. Or so he planned to, but it was providing to be rather difficult, especially when she was crying.

She would embrace him even more. Her tears would fall onto his kimono, and her head would rest on his chest. "Damn it, yes you are." She would say inbetween sobs. She felt safer when he put his arms around her. Aoi would be hiding in her hair, not knowing what the hell was going on. Although, seeing that Suzume was crying and she was hugging Samael, she thought that she'd better stay quiet.

He couldn't leave now, at least not while she was awake. His plan was set, leave tonight while she slept. Without saying anything, which was how he usually did. "Okay.." His words where just confirming her that he was sticking around. Even if his plans where opposite. No doubt it would take a while to get home, seeing as Andras must have ran into trouble on the way here; in other words, he probably died due to conflict. The mere thought allowed Samael to sigh softly. His mood however had as of now relaxed.

Her heart felt as if it just skipped a beat. Okay, that's it? She thought. He will stay? She thought. She'd breathe in deeply, knowing that he would stay made her calm. She would then use one of her hands to wipe her face. She would look at his face, and she would just chuckle. "Guess I'm just a big cry baby, huh?" She asked as she continued to wipe her eyes.

He couldn't help but allow a weak smile to appear, nodding. "Just a little." Samael was avoiding eye contact, for he knew he couldn't lie to her, it wasn't even in his nature too do so...too often. Those red pools shifted back towards the sky, it was dark but it was not raining any longer. Unfortunately the sun was already going down, meaning nightfall was near. He sighed, "Guess we'll be sleeping outside again."
